Meaning
「よ」is a particle placed at the end of a sentence, helping the speaker:
1. Emphasize one's own information, opinion, judgment, emotions, etc., to let the listener know.
2. Emphasize prohibition, request, desire (when used with a command or prohibition).
3. Show interrogation (when used with a question).
4. Express invitation, appeal, indifference.
