Vる、V-普通形+のを~
Arti
To nominalize a verb with わすれました, we use the dictionary form "辞書形" which means "to forget~."
To nominalize a verb with 知っていますか, we use the normal form "普通形" which means "Do you know ~?" This sentence pattern is used to ask if the listener knows the content expressed in the preceding part with 「の」.
